Integrated Automation Systems has teamed with Praxair to present the OptiGas 1000 High Volume Gas Fill machine as well as also showing the OptiGas 500 / ThermalCERT system.

Integrated Automation Systems has just released it's 4th Generation of the award winning OptiGas 500 Gas filling system now with an integrated ThermalCERT module.  Now with a smaller foot print so it takes up less room on your plant floor.  Our new OptiGas 500 system also has an updated automatic calibration cycle and new reporting system.

June 2012

Integrated Automation Systems Introduces ThermalCHECK.  ThermalCHECK is a bench top gas analyzer that measures the gas content inside the window to give you positive verification that the U-value you sold your customer is the U-value they're getting.

IAS' President Mike McHugh's Presentation outlining the Thermal Optimization of IG units at Fenetech's 2012 User Conference was received well in the industry.  Nothing but positive feedback has been received regarding the comprehensive overview of increasing the thermal efficiency of an IG unit using the latest technologies available to our industry.
